CLIENT JOURNEY
Your Consultation
Once you have booked in for your consultation you will receive a questionnaire to complete. This needs to be completed prior to your consultation. We'll kick things off by having a 1:1 where we can chat about your skincare concerns, timelines and the overall skincare journey.
The Skincare Journey
Following this, we will provide you with a treatment plan (with a quotation) that includes both at-home skincare products and a schedule of in-clinic treatments. We can then proceed to booking your appointment, payment due 48 hrs before the treatment.
Your Treatment Review
During your skincare journey we will review your skin and assess how the treatment journey is working for you when you come in for your treatments. We can discuss any ongoing maintenance.
